1:1 Counselling
A space for you to arrive exactly as you are. We move at your pace, exploring what you are experiencing in a way that feels safe and manageable. Together, we begin to understand what your body and mind may be holding, creating space for things to shift.

Couples Counselling
When patterns repeat, relationships can feel overwhelming. This is a space to slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface — without blame or sides. Together, we work to improve communication, reduce reactivity, and deepen understanding.

IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand and harmonize the different emotional "parts" of yourself. Instead of pushing difficult feelings away, we meet them with curiosity to help your core Self lead the way.

EFT Tapping & Somatic Support
I work intuitively, drawing from approaches like EFT tapping to help release physical tension and regulate your nervous system. Every session is guided by what feels most supportive for you in the moment.
