Sometimes what we feel inside is hard to name, but easy to recognize when we see it. Let this visual guide meet you where you are, not to label you, but to see you.

Angry Part

Angry Cat

Irritation, Frustration, Reactive

This cat feels tense, wronged or ready to snap. You may notice a quick temper, restlessness and irritability.

Anxious Part

Anxious Cat

Worry, Hypervigilance, Restlessness

This cat feels on edge, always alert. You may notice racing thoughts, quickened heartbeat, or tightness in your body.

Ashamed Part

Guilt, Self Criticism, Self-Doubt

This cat lowers its head, feeling not good enough. You may notice internal criticism, or wanting to hide or disappear.

Busy Part

This cat is rested and centered. You may notice patience, clarity, or quiet confidence. This presents in everyone at their core, no matter their hardships. The aim is to understand the feelings coming forth and empower “The Core Cat” in us through mindfulness and processing.
